As of July 1, 2021, the state’s three cannabis licensing agencies, the BCC, CDFA, and CDPH have been consolidated into the new DCC, Department of Cannabis Control. We expect to see changes to the licensing policies, procedures, and regulations. Stay tuned for updates.
